Mind over matter.

Are you feeling a certain way? Feeling pain but not able to figure out where it’s coming from? Well the mind is so incredibly powerful that the most realistic scenarios are thought of and perhaps believed. That pain you feel may just as well be a manifestation of your mind playing tricks and making up these what if situations that only put stress on you. 

It’s important to remember that while you’re purifying your soul and reshaping your body, that you also refocus your mind and your thought patterns in order to move past the negative and push forward and only see the positive. 

An idea of how the mind is so powerful and making sure positive thoughts are always present is our Social Media. In the Social Dilemma; they spoke of altering the algorithm of our feeds to test our emotional response. It was shown that people would become severely depressed and just overly down about life because they constantly had these negative stories spewed all over their account. Yet, you feel really great when you see a cute puppy video or something that restores your faith in Humanity? Well, it’s mind over matter!

Here are some great affirmations to follow to refocus on the positive and drive your thinking into the right direction.

  1. I am enough. I have enough.
  2. I can do hard, incredible things.
  3. I am grateful for another day of life.
  4. I focus on what I can control and let go of what I cannot.
  5. I trust myself to make the right decisions.
  6. I use my voice to speak life.
  7. I am strong, steady, and grounded.
